The City of Newport Beach Public Works Department (City) is requesting proposals for professional Pavement Management Program (PMP) services. This contract will cover a four-year period starting in July 2022 and expiring in June 2026. Services include pavement inspection, database management, GIS mapping and preparing the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) Measure M2 PMP report every two years for residential streets, arterials and alleys. The City maintains a network of public streets with 82.7 miles of arterials and 159.6 miles of residential streets. The City also maintains a separate network for the 28 miles of public alleys.
