As of February 8, 2024, per owner, a design team has been identified. They are waiting on the Facilities Master Planning to complete their process and they will evaluate and proceed from there. No construction timeline at this time. The Owner/s intend to issue one contract to the selected Offeror for the project for a term of no more than four (4) years.
