**As of May 26, 2022, project was awarded to McGuire and Hester, awarded amount is $1,601,671.57.** The work consists generally of setup and maintenance of traffic control system and water pollution control program; sawcutting; excavation, removal and disposal of curb and gutter, asphalt concrete roadway pavement; removal of existing irrigation, trees and shrubs; raising and lowering utility covers; storm drainage improvements; construction of concrete curb ramps, sidewalk, curb and gutter; construction of retaining wall; installation of chain link fence; placement of hot mix asphalt (HMA); placement of slurry seal; removal and replacement of traffic striping and markings; installation of pavement markers; installation of object markers and signs; excavation and installation of storm drainage pipe and structures; relocation of utilities and motor control center; backfill of trenches; installation of irrigation and landscaping; cleanup of the project area; and other items of work as shown on the plans.
