Any question or request for clarification on any aspect of the Call for Tenders or the Call for Tenders documents must be sent before the deadline set for the receipt of Tenders, in writing, to the file manager. Tender bond: The tenderer must accompany his tender with a tender guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total price proposed in his tender. The details are in article 4.00 of the Régie document. Only the tender submitted by a supplier having an establishment in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement will be considered for eligibility purposes. Vanier College does not undertake to accept any submissions received and cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred. It also reserves the right to resume the call for tenders if it deems it appropriate. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
