Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Greenwich, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the construction of a 133,500-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction began on January 2025 and is expected to be complete December 2026. The project includes approximate 133,500 SF New Central Middle School Project. The overall project consists of the construction of a new building including gymnasium, auditorium, cafeteria and classroom spaces on the north portion of the site where existing fields are currently located. The existing building will be occupied until the new facility is complete and will be demolished once construction is finished. Construction will take place in phases to allow the existing facility to remain functioning. The final site work will include access lanes, parking, athletic fields, and necessary drainage, utilities, and connections.
