The Rotunda Roof Apron & Gutter Repair, Longwood University, Farmville, VA The project is generally described as repairing the roof apron by removing the existing Hypalon membrane from the apron on the perimeter edge of the metal roof and replacing it with a white 0.060 inch thick fully adhered EDPM roof membrane. The project also involves removing the existing EPDM gutter liner and replacing it with a PUMA coating. All questions must be received in writing on or before 12:00 Noon on May 5, 2022 Bid Bond required: Yes. Withdrawal of Bid due to error: Procedures per Section 2.2-4330, Code of Virginia.
