As of February 23, 2023, the General Contractor is bidding this project per instructions from the School District (PPEA). Bid packages will not be posted in planrooms. As of August 9, 2022, the architect and general contractor joint venture team have been identified. Information regarding the construction schedule has not been disclosed as this point. *Previous solicitation included for reference purposes_____________ In addition to proposals covering the same work as the initial proposal, the School Board is particularly interested in considering: o Proposals for construction of an entirely new Johnson Elementary School. o Proposals that cover only one of the two schools, i.e., George Washington High School or Johnson Elementary School. Any private entity submitting a competing proposal must provide the School Board with one (1) original proposal and nine (9) copies, including one electronic copy on CD-ROM or USB thumb drive. A proposal must also contain a certified check in the amount noted in section 3.3 (page 5) of PPEA Guidelines, payable to the School Board of the City of Danville.
