This invitation to tender is for the supply of all labour, materials, and equipment required to provide inspection and preventative maintenance of sprinkler systems and associated equipment in public housing projects in New Brunswick for a twelve (12) month period beginning May 28, 2022 and ending May 27, 2023. The contract may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one-year periods subject to approval from both parties. All tenders must be accompanied by a copy of a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total tender price. The bid security may be in the form of: a Bid Bond, Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, or Money Order. The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid price based on the initial contract price in each individual region. The intent is for each region to be awarded separately. Vendors may bid on ANY or ALL of the identified individual regions. Each region will be evaluated separately. All inquiries should be received seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than 7 calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response. Please reference the tender number and closing date within your communications to ensure a prompt and accurate reply.
