Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Asheville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Questions due by: April 29, 2022 Installation of new ADA ramps in locations selected by the City of Asheville. Included in the work is removal of existing concrete, forming and installation of the new ramps, removal and replacement of any sidewalk needing modification to tie into the new ramps, asphalt patching and traffic control. Note that for this project that cast or galvinized plates approved by the NCDOT are accepted for this project and not just the City standard Neenah Foundry R-4984 plates.
