Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

* Award subject to final approval. This contract includes the supply of all plant, labour, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the project. The work under this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following (see Drawings and Specifications for more information): 1. Remove and dispose of existing roofing system to existing VB. 2. Install new 2-ply mod. bit. roofing system as per Consultants specifications and drawings. 3. Lift and reset mechanical equipment as required. 4. Supply and install new roofing accessories as detailed. 5. Supply and install new metal flashings as detailed. Works shall be done in accordance with Technical Specifications - Section 00 85 00 and Scope/General Requirements - Section 01 00 01. The project shall be completed by July 29, 2022. Site is available on May 23, 2022. Work shall also be scheduled to minimize disruption. The successful contractor shall provide a schedule showing continuous work from commencement to completion of the project. Services Building is an occupied and operational building and will remain so throughout the entire installation. Tender documents to be obtained electronically through UNB's online Bonfire portal.
