Renovation of an educational facility in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Each bid must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total of the Base Bid; and by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Qualification Questionnaire, and a Pennsylvania Certificate of Authority (if applicable). Project is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987, as amended and supplemented Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or parts thereof or items therein and to waive any informality in the bidding. Prime Bidders will be required to REGISTER to receive notification of Addenda and project information updates, and to obtain access privileges to the DFS Project portal. Questions pertaining to site visitation prior to or following the pre-bid meeting are to be directed to Mr. Jeff Zimmerman 412-779-6524 Questions pertaining to the content of the Bidding Documents shall be directed to Mark Scheller and Terri Hoover, Eckles Architecture by email at mes@ecklesgroup.com and tkh@ecklesgroup.com .
