SEALED PROPOSALS will be accepted for the following: 2022 Bituminous Seal Coat 22,689 S.Y. Of Single Bituminous Seal Coat with #8 Aggregate 39,472 S.Y. Of Double Bituminous Seal Coat, JS Application #8 Ag- gregate and 2nd Application #9 Aggregate. All materials must meet PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders for 2022 Bitu- minous Seal Coat proposal must be PennDOT prequalified and must supply proof of prequalifica- tion. Proposals must be on forms pro- vided by the Township. Proposals should be marked "2022 Bitu- minous Seal Coat Proposal for Letting of May 4, 2022". Hegins Township Boards of Su- pervisors reserves the right to ac- cept or reject any and/or all pro- posals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on bud- getary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Township.
