Renovation of a multi-residential development in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition of two (2) existing boilers complete with associated trim, natural gas piping and venting. One existing boiler to remain operational during installation and changeover to new boilers. Contractor to make provisons to provide temporary heat to exisitng domestic hot water systems should turn over period duration exceed eight (8) hours. .2 Installation of four (4) new condensing boilers, low loss header, circulating pumps, associatied piping/fitings and relocation of exisitng expansion tank. .3 Temporarily capping existing natural gas line. Installing new pressure regulator and header piping to feed new boilers. .4 New boiler control systeems and associated boiler pumps to be seamlesslely integrated into existing Delta controls system. .5 Supply and install new wiring and disconnects for new boilers (4x) and associated boiler pumps (4x) with all required trim. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
