Sealed Proposals will be received by the Bridgeville Borough, 425 Bower Hill Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017 Alleghe- ny County, Pennsylvania. Demolition and Asbestos Abatement of various structures located on Baldwin Street and Margaret Street including removal of contents from site in its entirely and restoring the property. The demolition consists of removal of all above ground structures located on the properties and all foundation structures. All biodegradable and combustible materials generated from the demolition shall be removed and disposed of at an approved offsite facility. In addition, the project shall include the capping and abandonment of all existing utility service lines. starting at 521 Baldwin Street Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed in separate envelopes and clearly marked on the outside with the words "Demolition of Various Structures on Baldwin Street and Margaret Street - Bridgeville Borough". No refund will be made for the return of any documents. There are no exceptions. Digital Copies of Bidding Documents will only be provided upon paying for an obtaining a physical copy. No Complimentary Bidding Document will be provided. Bidding Documents will be available on Friday April 21, 2022. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, along with Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance in the amounts specified, as well as Certificates of Workman's Compensation must be filed with the executed Agreement. if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within 15 days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. The Proposals must be made to the Bridgeville Borough, Allegheny County, Pennsyl- vania, and shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days. No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal during the sixty (60) day period without forfeiting his Bid guarantee. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein.
