Pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, it is the intention of the Westbank Community Library District to select a Construction Manager At-Risk, via a one-step Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process, for 2022 Improvement Projects. The RFQ package is available at the Westbank Community Library, located at 1309 Westbank Drive, Austin, TX, 78746 or from our website. Submittals received after that time will not be considered for evaluation. The Westbank Community Library District reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any, or all, Proposal submittals.
