All Consultant/Contractor personnel, including employees of Sub-Contractors/Sub-Consultants at all tiers, who attends the site visit must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The Consultant/Contractor will be required to carry proof of vaccination and verifications may be carried out by DCC or the DND/CAF at any time. In order to access the Site, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times by attendee(s) during the site meeting to provide a barrier to help prevent potential exposure to COVID-19. To help limit the exposure, only one individual from each company is to be permitted to attend the site meeting. Tenderers wishing to attend the site meeting MUST register at least one (1) business day prior to the site meeting by emailing their Name and Company to the DCC Bidder Contact. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to re-shingle fifteen (15) Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) Residential Housing Units (RHU) buildings for the Department of National Defence at 3rd Canadian Division Support Base (3CDSB) Wainwright, AB.
