The Project includes the following Work located within the Copper Mountain Base Area, Summit County, CO: Remove and replace approximately 190 LF of concrete drainage pan to a depth of 6-inches and an average width of 10 feet.Each Bid submitted via courier or post must be in a sealed envelope, addressed to, "Contract Administrator". Each sealed envelope containing a Bid must be plainly marked on the outside as a Bid for: SCP22-07 Concrete Repair and Replacement The envelope should bear on the outside the name of the Bidder and his/her address along with all pertinent contact information. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond, each in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the Contract Price, with a corporate surety approved by SUMMIT COUNTY, will be required for the faithful performance of the Contract. A Bid Bond, payable to Summit County, must accompany each Bid. The Bid Bond shall be equivalent to five (5) percent of the total amount of the Bid. As soon as the Bid prices have been compared, SUMMIT COUNTY will return the Bonds of all except the three (3) lowest responsible Bidders. SUMMIT COUNTY reserves the right to lower or increase quantities at Contract unit price should additional or less work be deemed necessary. BIDDER must agree to substantially complete work under this Contract on or before October 31, 2022.
