Corporation is soliciting subcontractor proposals from qualified companies for the Brazoria County Courthouse Expansion Justice Center Project, located in Angleton, Texas. Subcontracts will only be awarded to responsible contractors possessing the ability to perform its scope of work as required per the terms and conditions of the contract documents. Subcontractors will be selected by best-value on pricing, general qualifications, experience, safety, quality, schedule, agreement to terms and conditions, and all provisions of the Texas Labor Code as detailed in the project manual. Subcontractors must include Brazoria County Wage rates in their proposals. Scopes of work being awarded for the Justice Center Expansion include early procurement packages for Electrical and Mechanical scopes only.
