Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houma, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of September 28,2022 this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 13, 2022.** Bayou Country Sports Parks (Soccer Expansion). Project Description: This project consists of the construction of a new asphalt roadway (Alternate #1), two (2) natural field turf soccer fields, three (3) sand volleyball courts, and a shoreline leisure beach located at the Bayou Country Sports Park. Work includes but is not limited to the following: clearing/grubbing/stripping, excavation and embankment, base course preparation, grading, drainage, concrete curb & gutter, laying asphalt, striping & signage, and various associated and specialty work. No bid received after the scheduled time for opening will be considered. Failure of the U.S. Mail to deliver the bids timely shall not be considered due cause for the scheduled time of the bid opening to be extended. The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with Louisiana State Bid Law.
