This work consists summarily, without being limited to it, of performing the following activities: Mobilization and demobilization of equipment Extraction of sludge from aerated ponds by active method (dehydration, liquid sludge, others); Transportation and disposal of sludge to recovery sites or technical landfill sites (LET) or sanitary landfill sites (LES) or composting site or other appropriate and accredited sites; Transport of debris collected following sludge screening to the appropriate and accredited disposal site; Restoration and cleaning of the site after the works; Watertightness tests of ponds # 1 and # 2 before and after the works. Note : It is the Contractor's responsibility and choice to determine the disposal sites and present the associated proof of disposal authorization. The tender documents are available on the Electronic Tender System which determines their conditions of issue. The deadline for filing a complaint regarding the award process covered by this call for tenders is May 9, 2022. Only bids submitted by suppliers with an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the City will be considered.
