**As of May 27, 2022, bids is being revised, the bid was to high. No definite date for the rebid.** In general, the work consists of the connecting an 8-inch and a 10-inch force main together then installation of 250 LF of 10-inch force main along CR 1000E in Cromwell, Indiana, 110 LF of the 10-inch force main will be installed under the CSX tracks by jack and bore methods. Neither Owner nor Engineer has any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or sufficiency of any bid documents obtained from any source other than the source indicated in these documents. Obtaining these documents from any other source(s) may result in obtaining incomplete and inaccurate information. Obtaining these documents from any source other than directly from the source listed herein may also result in failure to receive any addenda, corrections, or other revisions to these documents that may be issued. Quotes must be submitted on the forms bound herein, must contain the names of every person or company interested therein. Any Quote may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of Quotes, but no bidder shall withdraw his Quote within 25 days after the actual opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Quotes, waive irregularities in any Quote, and to accept any Quote which is deemed most favorable to the Owner.
