The bid consists of one schedule - which includes crushed rock and bedding sand products to be supplied for District use. The successful bidder shall be determined based on the lowest aggregate price bid for both materials - based upon estimated purchase volumes of 6 - 000 tons of crushed rock and 9 - 000 tons of washed sand. Bid forms - contract documents - and instructions to bidders are available at the District office - located at 1520 Powers Avenue - Lewiston - ID 83501 - (208) 746-8235. All bids must be submitted on forms supplied by the District - delivered in a sealed envelope addressed to Nikki Gilbertson - Secretary - Lewiston Orchards Irrigation District - 1520 Powers Avenue - Lewiston - ID - 83501 - with "CRUSHED ROCK AND BEDDING SAND" marked on the envelope The Board of Directors of the Lewiston Orchards Irrigation District reserves the right to reject any or all bids - or parts thereof - and to waive all errors and informality in the bidding.
