Demolition, site work, paving and addition to a mixed-use development in Forest City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a 5,935-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Each bid shall be sealed and plainly identified and made part of the proposed Contract Documents. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form included in the Bid Documents with the Bidder Status Form and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instruction to Bidders. Bid Security shall be by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank charted under the laws of the United States of America. The County will issue a sales tax exemption certificate applicable for all materials purchased for the project.The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount. Site improvements include water service, storm sewer system, sanitary sewer system connecting to existing infrastructure, concrete site pavement, and site demolition.
