Civida requires Vacant Unit Cleaning services for several Civida-managed residential properties throughout the City of Edmonton and area (the "Services"). The properties include residential apartments and townhomes and are located within City of Edmonton and area (refer to Property Listing in Appendix H - Other Documents). The Services are required on an as-needed basis to support operations to promptly turnover units and make ready for new tenants. When Services are required, Civida will issue Work Orders that indicate the number of hours, location of unit and completion date. Civida will require regular direct and clear communication with the successful contractor(s) and will expect quality control measures to be in place and maintained by the successful contractor(s) throughout the duration of the contract. Respondents are to review the detailed Scope of Work included in Appendix E of this RFQ. The term of agreement for the services contemplated under this RFQ is two (2) years with two (2) options of up to twelve (12) month each for extension.
