Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Sealed proposals will be received from Qualified Contractors per the following Work Categories required for the Western School District - New Elementary School Project Proposals must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bidder's maximum bid price in the form of a certified check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety or insurance company that is duly licensed or authorized in the jurisdiction in which the Project is located to issue bonds or insurance policies for the limits and coverages so required. The bid security of bidders under consideration will be returned immediately after award of contracts by the Construction Manager. The amount of the guarantee may be forfeited to the Construction Manager and Owner if the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract and furnish the required bonds and insurance within 30 days after award of contracts. The cut-off for the submission of RFI's shall be the end of the day Friday, November 17 th . Please submit the attached Revised RFI Form when requesting information.
