Demolition and renovation of an educational facility in Lachute, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and major renovations to the high school specializing in the rehabilitation of students with behavioral and adjustment difficulties. The scope of work includes a partial demolition work, complete asbestos removal, roof repairs, replacement of doors, repairs of floors and ceilings, new exterior connection to municipal services (aqueduct and sewers), addition of a ventilation system, replacement of electrical panels and electrical distribution, schoolyard improvement. TIMELINE: Project design is being prepared by construction packages. Working drawings for the demolition package are almost complete and the professional consulting team started working drawings of the structural construction package. Tender for demolition work is anticipated in late winter/early spring 2023. Timeline for a tender for the structural construction package is being finalized.
