Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Strathroy, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

Strathmere Lodge is owned and operated by The Corporation of the County of Middlesex (the "County") and has been approved for upgrading and retrofitting its lighting system with LED lighting to make it more energy efficient. This has been accomplished in phases spread over a number of years. For the current phase of the lighting project, Strathmere Lodge is seeking Tenders from qualified firms to retrofit existing standard lighting to LED lighting including proper disposal of all materials, in a manner that provides the best value as identified by the Rated Requirements Evaluation Criteria in section 6(b). As established in the phasing of the Project, prospective Bidders are required to purchase materials from Guillevin International Central Region Lighting and Lighting Control Specialist ("Guillevin") to ensure consistency between all phases of the lighting project.
