Renovation of an educational facility in Queensbury, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Owner, Queensbury Union Free School District, will receive sealed bids to furnish materials and labor to complete 2021 Capital Project - Phase 1A Middle School Temperature Controls Upgrade. Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: Contract No. 5 - Mechanical Construction (MC) Bids shall not include New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the Work, the Owner being exempt therefrom. The Bidders must comply with New York Sate Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment. The Queensbury Union Free School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation. 126-2102 CSArch PROJECT NO. 126-2102.01
