One (1) lump sum, single bid will be received at the said time and place on a General Contract to include General, Mechanical and Electrical Construction, all for the construction and completion of work at the Zachary Municipal Building in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of building construction.
