Renovation of an educational facility in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Includes demolition and replacement of four air handling units (AHUs 1, 2, 3, 4) in two rooftop penthouses. Existing dual-duct mixing boxes on floors 1-3 to be replaced with new dual-duct vav boxes. As each air handling system is converted, existing pneumatic controls will be removed. New controllers, actuators, and other field devices will be changed to electronic direct digital control. Existing electrical branch circuits to existing air handling units being replaced shall be disconnected and retained for new fan-walls. Existing branch circuits need to be extended to each new fan through adjustable speed motor drives. Project also includes new ceilings, light fixtures and diffusers and grilles. sprinkler head locations also need modification. Century College has earmarked Federal HEERF funds and intends to occupy the East Campus through the duration of the project.
