Project Name: Northern Avenue Complete Streets Project (TRACS) Number: T0272 03D District: Northwest Route/MP: N/A Funding Source: HSIP Construction Funding FY: 23 The roadway within this project limits is classified as Urban Minor Arterial. Right of Way is established and held by Mohave County in fee title for this project. There will be no Pre-Submittal Meeting associated with this solicitation. The improvements include: Sidewalk on each side; Stockton Hill Road to Castle Rock Road on the North side and Stockton Hill Road to Bank Street on the South Side. Separated bike lanes with buffer striping. Two high visibility crosswalks, one at Stardust Road and one at Benton Street. Colored bicycle lanes at signalized intersection crossings. Traffic signal upgrades for bicycle control at Bank Street. The design consultant scope of work includes: Develop plans, specifications, and estimate for construction Environmental analysis and technical reports to support ADOT EP in providing the Categorical Exclusion Utility coordination, no conflict letters and special provisions as required for utility clearance Submittals should be anticipated to include Stage III, Stage IV, and Final PS&E. Management and administrative tasks including coordination, meetings, schedule updates, comment responses, etc. As the project progresses, it is anticipated that an additional scope task that may be requested on this project will be Monument Existing Right of Way Questions, in Writing, Shall Be Received by Ecs at the Below Email Address Until 3 Business Days Before Soi Due Date at 2:00 P.m. (Arizona Time). No Further Questions Shall Be Accepted After the Time Specified. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
