This document invites contractors to bid on Individual Prime Contracts to complete Accessibility Upgrades & Improvements for the D.R. Evarts Library. This document invites contractors to bid on Multiple Prime Contracts to complete an addition, interior renovations, system upgrades, new fire protection system, and other improvements at the existing D.R. Evarts Library. Your firm will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of a sum no less than 10 percent of the Bid Price. Performance Bond and Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract Sum will be required prior to executing the Construction Contract. Failure to submit the Bid Bond with the Bid is cause for rejection. If you have any questions regarding these forms or the bid process, please contact Meghan Brennen at Butler Rowland Mays Architects (Email - brennenm@brmarchitects.com, or Telephone - (518) 885-1255, Ext. 210) prior to sealing your bid documents. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of forty-five (45) calendar days after submission. The Owner expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted in response to this bid solicitation.
