Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Casco, Maine. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to 10% of the bid price, made out in favor of the Town of Casco.The deadline for complete demolition and removal is 30 days from the Town's Notice to Proceed. Designated available date to be determined by the Purchasing Agent. The contractor shall prosecute the work continuously until completion.
