The Hill N Dale Drainage Improvements project involves 6 acres of clearing and grubbing, 14,000 cubic yards of pond clay liner, 1 lump sum for wet pond excavating and grading, 1,830 L.F. ditching, 150 L.F. of culvert installation, traffic control, erosion control, and restoration. Additonal Description: All Work is included in multiple prime contracts. PROJECT # SW-22-12804 PROJECT # RD-22-57407 PROJECT # ST-22-57333 PROJECT # ST-22-57301 PSI understands that Project No. 4 of the proposed Pewaukee 2016 Roads Projects includes the rehabilitation/reconstruction of various roadways located within the Hill N Dale Area, in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. The roadways will include Hill N Dale Circle, Shady Lane, and Shady Nook Court. From the information provided by the client, if sanitary sewer and water main utilities are not constructed, it is understood that the road reconstruction will consist of pulverizing the existing asphalt in place, and placing a new asphalt pavement section over the existing base course and asphalt millings. Pulverizing and repaving will also include spot base repairs as needed. However, if the proposed sanitary sewer and water main utilities are constructed, it is understood that the project will consist of removal and replacement of the existing pavement materials (asphalt and base) in their entirety. Some ditch work will be performed for each method of reconstruction. The details of the of the ditch work were not provided, however it is anticipated that it will consist of reshaping, widening, or deepening the existing ditches to enhance drainage. PSI anticipates the finished elevations of the roadway surface will be at or near existing grade for the proposed reconstruction.
