S. 37:250-2163 for the classification of Building Construction. Bidder is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R. S. 38:2212 (A)(I)(c). No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R. S. 38:2214. IPS Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and/or all submittals, to award contracts as may appear advantageous to IPS Enterprises, Inc. and to waive all formalities in the procurement process.
