The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to provide environmental consulting and services on behalf of Alpine School District, its schools and Departments. Services will be ordered on an as needed basis. The successful bidder will be responsible for updating and maintaining the District's files and documentation related to each buildings asbestos management plan. Must have the ability to perform comprehensive NESHAP inspections. Sample on an "as needed basis" for mold, lead, and asbestos. (Note: Must be able to respond to emergencies within 24 hours.) All work performed must meet all state and federal standards and guidelines. Contractor is required to supply all close-out documents, i.e., certifications, lab reports, etc. associated with the abatement. If contractor is issued keys, they must be returned or the contractor will pay for the re-keying of entire school. The successful bidder will be responsible for analyzing and preparing the project scope of work and project documents for the purposes of obtaining competitive bids.
