Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 64,335-square-foot, 10-story above grade, 94-unit multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and 2,095-square-foot retail development.
Construction of a 10-storey,, mass timber building with 94 residential units and 194 sq m of non-residential space on the ground floor. Project also includes a 1-storey building at the rear (south) of the site, north of the existing laneway, dedicated to bicycle parking _ outdoor an outdoor amenity space between the 2 buildings. No vehicular parking is proposed. The residential building will harness clean, renewable geothermal energy providing efficient heating in winter and cooling in summer while significantly reducing carbon missions. Properties are: 1113-1125 Dundas Street West located on the south side of Dundas Street West and east of Ossington Avenue. TIMELINE: Designs are ongoing. Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning approvals are in place with the city of Toronto. As of September 8, 2025, the Request for Proposals for Project Management Services has been awarded by the owner. Detailed designs are currently targeted for the third or fourth quarter of 2025. Permit submission is tentatively scheduled for the first quarter of 2026 with a construction start of May 2026. Interior fit-out is tentatively scheduled for the first quarter of 2027 with occupancy by late 2027.
