Demolition of Flat Creek Rest Areas, North Bound and South Bound Minority Contractors are encouraged to submit bids on this project as a prime contractor or through a prime contractor. Bids shall be taken from Prime Contractors pre-qualified by the Public Works Certification Board in the following classification(s: 1794.01 Earthmoving and Clearing AND 1795.02 Demolition of Pavement and Roads, AND 1795.01 Demolition of Buildings and Other Structures. The Specified construction period is 365 calendar days. The State of Indiana reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Project Goal of 7% MBE, 5% WBE and 3%
