The Standing Offer is for the provision of Geotechnical Engineering services for projects in British Columbia and Yukon on Federally controlled properties. The services may include but not be limited to analysis of project scope, investigation and report, schematic design, design development, construction documents, tender call, construction and contract administration, construction field review services, commissioning, post construction warranty review and technical review. The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $2,000,000.00 (Applicable Taxes included). Individual call-ups will vary, up to a maximum of $800,000.00 (Applicable Taxes included). Proponents should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offers will be called-up; PWGSC will issue call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed. It is PWGSC's intention to authorize up to three (3) Standing Offers, each for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuing the Standing Offers with the irrevocable option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
