Work consists of, but is not limited to providing general fire suppression system inspection, maintenance, and repairs at all UAF's campuses and remote sites. Contracts will be awarded to create a pool of up to three (3) service term contractors to perform general fire suppression system inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Total annual contract amounts shall not exceed $250,000 with each individual service not exceeding $50,000 and no guarantee of a contract minimum. Initial term will be from date of award through December 31, 2022 and four (4) one year options to renew through December 31, 2026. Selection Process and Basis for Award: Proposals will be evaluated based on Past Performance and Price Proposals. Only Offerors meeting the minimum requirements outlined in Section C - Evaluation Criteria and Scoring will be considered during evaluation of Price Proposals. UAF intends to award three (3) contracts to the responsive, responsible Offeror whose Proposal, conforming to the RFP requirements, receives the highest total number of evaluation points, price and other factors considered.
