Site work and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cortland, New York. Completed plans call for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Install Two 20 ft light poles on each side of building on parking lot edge 1. Both 20 ft Hapco poles will be equipped with 3 Cooper Lighting fixtures for a Tri Light setup 2. Poles foundation will be as follows. Installed on a 12" x 48" concrete forms flush to final grade with a tied rebar cage for anchor bolts Lighting will be on a 20A circuit with a dusk to dawn on/off operation 3. All excavation will be done with schedule 40 PVC @ 24" dept 4. Seed and straw excavation area/ site clean up 5. *All material will be supplied by the contractor and prices quoted will be based off of the Town of Virgil having a tax-exempt status ST119.1 *All excavation and installation of equipment including the poles, concrete work and turf repair will be outlined and covered in the project proposal. * All employees must be paid prevailing wage and proof of workers compensation must be provided.
