The County owns multiple public facilities and various Units within those facilities. Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Division of Facilities Management ("County") is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors to perform full coverage comprehensive Preventative Maintenance, Repair Services, Standby Services, and Emergency Services, as outlined in this RFC, for County owned and operated Units. Contractor shall provide PVM on a monthly, quarterly, semiannually, annual basis, or as indicated by the manufacturer, as further detailed in this RFC. Contractors shall thoroughly familiarize themselves with this RFC document including specifications prior to attending the conference. Verbal statements or information given at a pre-bid conference is not binding on the Contractor or the County unless released in a bid addendum. Questions shall be submitted through our online solicitation system, Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) powered by Jaggaer / SciQuest. Questions are due prior to the question due date and time specified. If a question/answer changes the RFC document, the change will be released in an amendment to the solicitation event. Contractors who have stated their "Intent to Bid" in the U3P system will receive email notice of questions and amendments. Do NOT contact the Agency, Division, Department, or other County officers or employees. The Contract resulting from this solicitation will become effective on the date of execution with a six (6) year term. The County reserves the right to review the Contract on a regular basis regarding performance and cost analysis and may negotiate price and service elements during the term of the Contract.
