Question Acceptance Deadline 05/06/2022 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The 2022 City of Greeley 5th St Sidewalk Reconstruction Notice To Proceed will be issued on or about June 1, 2022. Work shall be completed by September 30, 2022. The work, in general, consists of removal and replacement of an estimated 7,901 linear feet of vertical curb & gutter and approximately 4,201 square yards of concrete flatwork including, but not limited to, sidewalks, access ramps, cross pans, alley aprons, etc. The contractor shall adhere to all traffic control and erosion control standards including submission of documents, reporting and maintenance for all locations. The work for this contract will be concentrated on 5th St from 14th Ave to 23rd Ave in Greeley. Work is included on side streets where necessary for tying into infrastructure on 5th St and shall be limited to sidewalk, curb and gutter. General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Retainage for this project is set at 10%. No work will be allowed between June 20, 2022, and July 8, 2022. Contract time has been extended to accommodate this shutdown. Minority and/or Women Owned Businesses are also encouraged to submit a bid.
