Renovation of an educational facility in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project consists of disconnecting piping from an existing chiller at Roosevelt Area Learning Center, removing piping and pumps and other items from that system to allow it to work independently to service the existing Ice Arena and also separating controls to the city controls page. A new Air Cooled chiller plant will be installed at KennedySecondarySchool, including a chiller pad, sound enclosure and associated piping, pumps and controls and will tie into the districts existing controls system. The chillers were pre-purchased by the district to meet a delivery date around mid to late October.
