Edgecombe County is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform a Scale HC Systems replacement at the Edgecombe County Administration Building and Sheriffs Office, located at 201 St. Andrew St, Tarboro, NC, and 3005 Anaconda Rd, Tarboro, NC. No bids will be accepted after this time. All questions and/or comments shall be submitted in writing, no later than Wednesday June 1, 2022 by 10:00am. Submit questions or comments to: jaysonwebb@edgecombeco.com Licensed contractors interested in being considered for our bidder's list for housing rehab programs must complete the Edgecombe County Contractor Application and mail it to Edgecombe County Planning Office, PO Box 10 Tarboro, NC 27886 Order 3 Scale nodes for each site (Specs listed Below), Setup both systems, and migrate Virtual servers from old Scale systems to new Scale systems. Specs: 3 nodes at both sites Scale Nodes: Xeon SP HC 1250 Chassis, 10 Core Processors/20 Turbo, 2.4 Intel Silver 4210R Xeon 256GB of Ram 4x64GB DDR4 2933 1.92 TB SATA SSD drive 3x 8TB = 24TB 3.5 SAS hdds 4Port 10GB SPF+ network card 5yr license for hardware and support The County invites and encourages participation in this procurement process by businesses owned by minorities, women, disabled and disabled business enterprises.
