Site work and paving for a civil project in Union Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project includes the repair of a 40 ft scour and subsequent paving between English Run Road and English Run, and the installation of stormwater conveyance channels. Pine Township requires the Project to be completed in 45 calendar days from date of the Notice to Proceed. All inquiries pertaining to the Bidding Documents shall be directed to the Engineer in writing via email (sgibson@mctish.com) or via FAX (570-368-3166). Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check in an amount no less than 10 percent of the Bid Sum. The Project is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended. The project is funded by Pine Township and through a grant from the Lycoming County Dirt and Gravel Road Program. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid before the expiration of the 60 day period. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
