A single Proposal/Bid is requested for all associated work within Structural Drawings provided. Note that the costs associated with the bid and any additional work, exclusion and/or clarifications must be clearly provided with bid. Proposals/bids will not be opened publicly but will be made available to the public through the Bid Tab. The Bid Tab shall be provided to all Plan Centers, and available upon request. You may contact the Architect's Office for a copy of the Bid Tab. The Owner will analyze the Proposals/Bids based on bid price, budget, scope of work proposal, exclusions/additions and other criteria deemed important to the Owner and per Bidding Specifications. The lowest responsible bidder shall be notified. Bids received after the aforementioned time will not be considered. Plan sets under the refundable deposit; If kept longer than ten (10) days following the Bid Date or if the Bidding Documents are damaged, will be forfeited. Return the Bidding Documents to Loofburrow Wetch Architects, 201 W. Yakima Ave, Yakima Washington 98902 before the (10 ten-day grace period ends following the Bid Date or forfeit the full amount of the deposit. The Bidding Documents, include plans and specifications. The Board of Directors for Okanogan School District No. 105 may, reject any and all bids. The Board of Directors may also make further calls for bids in the same manner as the original call. The Board of Directors also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for receiving the bids or before the award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding 30 days or withdrawal procedures are followed.
