The work is scheduled to start on June 13, 2022 and end on August 26, 2022. The work covered by this contract includes, but is not limited to: the redevelopment of certain offices on the 2nd floor as well as some work on the ground floor. The work will be carried out in occupancy and in 3 phases depending on the area of the work and the occupancy of the premises. The BIDDER must accompany his Bid with a bid guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the price proposed in his Bid. This bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the bid bond model reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form; a certified cheque, money order or bank draft, made payable to the PUBLIC BODY; an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the requirements of the model "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" reproduced in Appendix 4.01 B of the Submission Form.
