6000 cubic yards, more or less, Class #5 base gravel DOT Spec 3138 3/4-1 rock, 13% clay +/- 1%. Loads may be tested delivered from June 1, 2022 to September 1, 2022. Belly dumps only, with a minimum of six trucks, to be spread on township roads. Weight slips turned in daily. The quotes must provide cost of the material, cost of hauling, with no fuel surcharge. All costs must be separated for the viewing of township officials. A certificate of insurance and a bond, cashiers check or certified check for 5% of the quote payable to Spencer Brook Township must accompany the quote.The Spencer Brook Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all quotes for any reason.
