Any question upon this bid must be submitted in writing to the Contracts & Procurement Division, Office of the Contracts and Procurement Manager, by email: sself@cityofsalem.net. They must be received no later than MAY 11, 2022 at 5:00 PM (local time).The successful Bidder will be required to sign an agreement to deliver to the City at the prices bid for a period of twelve (12) months beginning July 1, 2022 meeting the specifications and conditions set forth herein.This agreement shall commence as of July 1, 2022 and continue until June 30, 2023 (end of the City's fiscal year) Provide labor, material, equipment, supplies and full-time supervision incidentals for cleaning carpeted surfaces at various City of Salem locations as requested by Contract Administrator.Your bid must be uploaded prior to the Closing Date and Time. The City strongly recommends that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before the closing date and time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. The City accepts no responsibility for non-receipt and/or delays in receipt caused by transmission and reception problems, equipment failure, or any other similar cause. Each bid is instantly sealed and will only be visible to the City after the closing date and time.
